The Board of Directors of North Coast Community Transport have recently lost the valuable  services of Mr Jack Rankin,  one of its founding members. Jack was dedicated to community service and worked tirelessly , initially for Roe Valley Rural Transport and afterwards for North Coast Community Transport when it expanded its operations. His commitment to helping others and public service will be sadly missed as will his friendly personality by all at NCCT. We extend to his entire family circle our deepest appreciation for all that he did.

I really enjoy knowing that I am helping in whatever small way, to assist those who have no other means of transport get out and about. They don’t need to thank you as you can see it in their faces at the end of their journey-small things make a big difference

Stephen Graham , Volunteer Car Driver

I am thankful that I am able to help members of my own community who are worse off than myself, I was born with mild form of Cerebral palsy but this doesn’t stop me volunteering.

Paul mcCloskey, Volunteer Car Driver

My most rewarding response comes from “the little old lady with a large bag of shopping” The simple act of carrying the bag to their front door often meets with the reaction that you have given them the world. Where else would you get it?
