North Coast Community Transport are delighted to announce that they have secured £500,000 from the Big Lottery Community Fund to assist with extended transport services in the Causeway Coast & Glens Council area and Old Ballymena Council area. A similar funded project came to an end in August 2019 leaving many individuals needing to travel outside the area and in evenings and weekends without an affordable way of doing so. This project will hopefully contribute to filling that void for the next 4 years. The Service ‘Wheels to Wellbeing’ is managed by project Co-ordinator Ms Maureen Hughes.
