A consultation on the use of section 10b permit for road passenger transport in Northern Ireland was issues by the Department for Infrasturcture (DfI) on 30th October 2017. The potentially detrimental impact of this consultation on our end users , which equates to thousands of individuals and hundreds of community groups, instills fear into community transport providers throughout Northern Ireland. It is critical that the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) are awakened to the seriousness of these changes should they be successfully implemented. The closing date for responding is 8th December 2017.
